The only way to know for sure is a fecal done --- NO ENEMAS--- please take a sample in for testing--- if the dragons poops smell is so bad it makes you leave the room and its really runny then yes it could be parasites- what is the staple insect your feeding?
The stool itself doesn't look bad in appearance. The reddish/orange color is most likely from supplementation he is getting. What type of supplements do you give currently?
Do you feed greens to him also or any type of veggies?
You can take in a sample to the vet & they will run a fecal test for you, no problem. Is he eating well right now?

He’s doing well eating even though he favors his bugs more than his greens I mix them in with them. I feed him mustard greens with cilantro. Also I add bell peppers ,carrots, and cucumbers. I will add strawberries occasionally . I give him the repta calcium and vitamin D supplements.I got him from a previous owner and he’s 5 years old . He also recently pooped again and it does have some liquid film on it so I think I’m going to just take a sample in to get it tested just in case.
Getting a fecal sample tested should be easy to
get done. His diet looks diverse & nutritious so he
should be getting everything that he needs.
Perhaps you could add some probiotics for him to
help with digestion.
Let us know how he is doing.
