bearded dragon spreading arms out

my bearded dragon is spreading his arms out like hes trying to fly. dont know what to think of it. is it normal

They all have weird little quirks that they do, I don't imagine that it's harmful.

Hello,

Can you review your tank setup with us, such as the type & brand of UVB lighting, temperatures & supplements so we can be sure everything is all correct?
Please post a picture or two just so we can view the manner in which he is spreading his arms out. Can he support himself on all fours, climb, run & walk normally?
