Bearded dragon missing spikes

Why is My bearded dragon missing spikes on his beard theres a bald patch on the right side of his neck

Hi there,

How old is your beardie and when was his last shed? Do you have a photo of this that I could see? Could simply just still be developing

He is 4 years old

Did he used to have scales there? If he lost them during a shed it could just be oremature skin removal, they will then grow back after time. Aslong as there is no flesh showing or any oozing liquids he should be fine, if you want to be sure you could try applying anti-fungal remedy to where he was missing scales, wont really be necessary though unless it becomes worse

yeah I just noticed there gone and he's neck is saggy but its been like the for 2 months

Hm, well I dont think its any cause for cencern unless it starts weeping liquids or getting infected ir what have you, if there is no flesh showing and if no more scales fall off he should be fine
