Please go over your set up and husbandry. If your lighting isn't on point it will cause all kinds of issues, including not eating, undigested food, failure to thrive, as well as behavioral problems. There are folks here that can help you get everything on point but we need to know what your working with. Please attach pics of your lighting and screen top, and your over all set up.

Yes please get surface basking temps w/ a digital probe thermometer -- 105-110 --- place the probe on the spot where he sits for basking 10 min or so --- get temp -- next what are you using for a UVB ? Please no coils they are inadequate---- we can recommend 3 good ones -- these things I just posted are crucial to the overall health and behavior of the dragon---

the screen on the tank is a fine mesh like a screen door or a wide hole type? this makes a difference for placement and distance --- the IR gun is good but will not read off of hammocks- I would replace the hammock w/ a fleece or a cloth one the grass and green mesh tend to cause a lot of injuries to toes and feet- they get snagged -- please get your surface basking temps and UVB adjusted as soon as you can --

Pull the screen towards the front of the tank so you can get the UVB running along the back w/ NO screen obstructing it -- you want a distance of 12-15 inches directly above the basking decor- how big is the tank?

Anyway you can get the UVB unobstructed- we always recommend the UVB go inside a 120 gallon tank - if hes on the floor I would recommend getting him off the floor -- make sure your distance is good after getting it readjusted and your surface basking temps as well --- your dragon needs this to be on par for him to start eating even a little bit- he needs to adjust to his tank and surroundings - hes going thru relocation stress but you want him eating -- are you feeding salads ? He needs fresh salads every day - ignore the kale info its outdated Nutrition Content
Also I would recommend cutting the size of the tank down to half -- hes little and the small space will let you work w/ him better --- use cardboard or whatever you can find to cut it in half - at least till hes around 3 months of age -- I can post websites for insects and things to lure him to the salad bowl

He needs the uvb now and as long as you provide an area in the tank that he can go to get out of it whether it be a hide or just in front of the tank he's good - I always recommend a uvb that is about 1/2 the tank not full length- dragons know what light they need - the uvb will prevent all kinds of illnesses and help him absorb and synthesize the calcium he's getting- get it unobstructed and correct distance as I posted above - watch his behavior- you need the 2 digital probe thermometers as well - place one on his basking spot 10 min or so then get the temp the other one you can use on the cool side and you want the middle of the tank in the 90's- you don't need to leave the one probe on his basking spot stick it on the side and spot check it every couple of weeks- bulbs get weak over time- the uvb will need to be replaced in about 10- 11 months

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
