Angie, Loki, Laura & Dozer (new pics 03/29/15)

I wanted to introduce everyone to our new girl. She is on her way now from Denver, CO. I will post some new pictures tomorrow but these are the ones we have so far. She is part leatherback.

As for outdoors, none of mine will go out into the real world. They're fine on the balcony, but I've taken them out with their harnesses and they would totally freak out, males and females, made no difference. Yet put them on the balcony and they're all over the place. It's very safe, with the balcony bottom from upstairs acting as a room, plus the blue barrier all around it and there are lots of places to hide, too. So they all love being out there. We've had sun for the last 2 days, so they all had their time in the sun, too. Lonzo and Rubio are still my sun dragons, though.

You're right Deb, she IS a social butterfly. After all the adventures yesterday, we didn't do too much with her today and it was obvious that she wasn't too happy with us. We did take her for a ride though but when we stopped to a small store, I stood outside holding her & it was so windy that she kept closing her eyes tightly even though it was in the middle 70's. Supposed to cool back off into the 50's and be rainy starting Tuesday so she won't be a happy camper that there won't be any outside time for a while. :roll:

Wish we had a balcony as that sounds perfect for beardies. Angie and Sabrina were always very good & enjoyed themselves outside. Misty was a little more weary but none of our males ever really were relaxed out there, must just be their personalities perhaps. Sure sounds like Lonzo & Rubio ARE your sun dragons.

Oh my goodness! How in the world did I miss the updates?

How exciting that Angie were asked to be in advertisements for both the car dealership and Lowe's! Can't wait to see the photos.

Ok, this isn't funny anymore. April 15th and the rain has frozen on the trees and now they are covered with snow and it's still snowing!

I still can't believe that so many people had snow last night. It's just crazy.

I only had sleet, which formed about a half inch of thick ice on everything.

That's when you want to tell the weather to make up it's mind. I do that with the summer rains when it's raining (as you are driving down the road) then is sprinkling, then harder sprinkling, then slower sprinkling, then nothing, then slow, then faster, then rain, then ... well you get the idea, I'm sure.

It was nasty this morning. My Subaru was covered with ice & snow, car doors were frozen. The side road I take was extremely slippery but I just took my time.

As promised, here's the pictures of Angie and I at R.C. Lacy's in Catskill, NY, our Subaru dealer. These were posted on their website.

This is Bob, the head of the Finance Dept. He always loves seeing her and even offered her some of his egg sandwich. Her beard is a little dark because it was cool in his office.

Looking cute.

She was so relaxed and loved all the attention.
