Thanks Dawn. Have to admit that she is a pretty girl and she knows it! So you see a lot of similarities of her and Xena? Lexi and Coco's beards sounds very amazing.
Deb, it sounds like you know what we're talking about too. When Misty was about a yr old or so, she was showing off for Gizmo and I took a video because I wanted to make sure she was indeed a female because her beard was SO black. I double checked with Barbara and she said Miss Tiggs acts the same way so I found out who she got it from.
That was quite a puffed out beard that Angie showed, wasn't it? No, it has gotten dark yet although she spent most of the day pouting since she wasn't able to run around like she did Sat and Sun. When I got home today, she was on her basking log pouting away with stress marks all over her chest and belly and she had a slightly dark rim around the bottom of her beard. After I took her out, it took a little while (and lots of attention) before she showed her pretty colors again, can we say spoiled :?: :?: :!: :!: While in her
bath, her colors were vibrant and she snuggled down on my shoulder with a blanket over her for while I stroked her back. Then when she was ready to go to bed, she was stroking my face with both front legs, so I guess she forgave me. :love5: That made us both feel better. Tomorrow she will get some run around time but won't be happy on Wed, Thurs, or Fri as she will be back in her tank all day again, I have to work this Sat so that won't help either. :roll:
My boys have never played a game with me, except "where's the food" or "when do I get out of my tank?"

Hi Michele, I'm glad that the "pouty one" was your favoritist. :wink: We were relieved that the new cocoa butter stick helped too, always a concern when they have shed twice except for the end of their tail and it gets so much darker.
