Work on getting him hydrated, first & foremost. His kidneys cannot take large amounts of protein so focus on greens & veggies with small amounts of protein, right now.

His tail is slowly darkening up?
He hasnt moved on his own.
Licked 4mls of veggie babyfood and squash not too willingly tho, snubbd his salad (i was dangling it he closes his eyes) same w dubia n crx.
Gave em a bath and he was almost sleeping in it he wouldnt lick any out the syringe either.
Clearly skinnier, and more lethargic....

Since antibiotics kill off the good gut flora, and probiotics replenish the good gut flora, don't give them at the same time. Give the probiotics in between the doses of antibotics. This way both have an equal opportunity to perform well in your dragon.

I may have missed this info....Was a FULL fecal ever performed? FULL fecals look for bacteria, in addition to parasites. The basic fecal only looks for parasites.

Not sure, on the bill it only says flotation? She said she didnt see other small bacteria but is treating just in case. Heres the bill.

An hour ago I fed him 3mls of supplement/ veg baby food then put him in his cage, he immediatly pooped this out. In person I see a lil red with the urate! And hes lookin worse....

and blood bank hasnt emailed you back?? im sorry you are going through this. have you gotten the probiotics yet? if not you could try soy yogurt make sure its non dairy keep pushing fluids and the baby food

I don't think Blood Bank is in the office on the weekends but give their number a call and leave a detailed message and they'll call you back. When I had a couple problems I would email them about it and then call their number they were always very good about getting back with me. Good luck with your baby, I hope she gets better.

Tastiger- thanks for being here and no they havent answered.

I havent called because im already worked up over this and afraid ill scream at them. There is so much to say that itd be easier if they read my email or this thread. I cant show them pics of my setup and neji on the phone.

Im trying not to come out the gate pointing the finger with no tangible evidence. Even the vet said we cant prove the parasites were already there. Which breaks my heart. I have OCD and clean everything, I know there were no parasites in my apartment, but I didnt take him to the vet the first day to prove it.

Which is why im proposing Nejis Law- Breeders (or everyone selling a reptile) must have proof of vet visit and good health a week before the purchase.
Dont like it dont breed.

At the moment, please do not give anymore medication. I don't think that his system can handle it right now, his kidneys are not doing very well.
Are you giving extra oral hydration for him? If not, try giving him at least 4-6mls of oral fluids daily. Have you been able to get any baby food feedings into him?
Please keep us posted on him. He doesn't appear to be doing very well.
No, a fecal float test does not cover other bacteria. He also needs a fecal smear, as well.

Thanks Tracie, ill stop w the meds, hes only gotten a dose of each so far.
Ive been tryin everyday with room temp brita purified water thru a syringe at least 4 times a day. Sometimes he takes it sumtimes he falls asleep, even in the bath.
Yesterday he licked 6mls of babyfood spanned throughout the day at 2mls a sitting.
Im not stopping feeding or running out, he just closes his eyes like "enough w this maddness!"

Good news-
They answered, im keeping Neji and getting a new one.
Not so good news-
Neji didnt move 2day unless I moved him.

Gave him 1 dose of probiotics and he licked about 5mls of water and 2mls of baby food.
He looks worse than yesterday, has stiff limb movement, and wont keep his eyes open or react to any noise or movement.
His stools are still yellow w a lil red.

I have a real bad feeling.

Oh, I am so sorry for all this...........poor Neji.......at least he's licking and getting H20 and babyfood.
I'm glad you heard from the breeder, are they paying the vet bills?
