Our dragons are eating less and hiding in the corners (face to the wall) dozing during the day. They never usually sleep in the daytime. Could they be brumating already?
Thanks so much for replying! I think they have stopped growing (not just during this, but a few months ago), so it seems like they may be full size for them - they had very small parents. I'm off to read up!
I'm having the same issue with Lexia(almost 8 months) and (Thoth 3 yrs). Their lighting and their temps are 100% spot on and they have been napping alot and trying to hide and sleep alot during the day. I didnt expect this for another few months.
Glad I found this. Lilly's been doing the same thing (sleeping some during the day, hiding all day, only eating 1/3 of what she usually does and only every other day). I've been told that it's fine for a 9 month old to brumate, but I sure didn't expect it. My 13 month old is showing no signs of brumation, though.
