Well I was wondering if something can happen if a bearded dragon gets too much cal.
Also what do you guys think about these measurements 24" x 72" x 30"

Dont you know there are no simple questions
Ok seriously now yes beardies can get too much calcium(hypercalcemia).Generally its easy to tell as their urates will be harder and yellowish in color instead of a clean white. If left unchecked it could casue alot of health issues including kidney damage or organ failure. It is important to verify why this is happening as well. Most times its a simple case of overdosing or using calcium based reptile sand but other times its a sign of an underlying medical issue.

As for the viv size are you saying its going to be 24 long and 72 high or 72 long and 24 high?Forgive me as my measurement knowledge is not great but I always thought it was LxWxH.

Ok so the tank size sounds great just keep in mind if your getting or have a baby beardie then it may be necessary in the beginning to partition off the viv as some do become overwhelmed when their enclosure is to big for them.As for climbing they are not arboreal like a Cham however they do like to bask off the ground and some do enjoy climbing a bit but I wouldnt go too high as they can and do tend to fall.I have one beardie who actually loves to climb as high as humanly possible.Outside she somehow manages to climb very high up trees so now I have been forced to make sure she is leashed at all times as the last time I actually needed a ladder to reach her.I have others that want nothing to do with it and are much happier with all fours on the ground.Just make sure you have a nice basking branch or ledge and your beardie should be very happy :D

Thanks.I am not too sure of which online site is best.I usually just get them from my local pet store.I can tell you I stopped using the wood branches a while ago because they are such a pain to keep clean.I use the resin/plastic type ones now or magnatural ledges, natural slate rocks, etc.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
