Well all 18 hatched and all of them showing pretty good color already with reddish heads and red down their spines and sides. I will try and get some good pics of their color this weekend but for now here is a quick youtube video but still trying to learn my new flip camcorder.

well my 18 red babies are almost 3 weeks old now and all eating and growing very well. But, today I noticed one that I think is ready to die. It's back legs seem to be paralyzed and i see it gasping for breath every once in a while. I actually thought this one would die right after hatching because it seemed a little different than the others when it was born. It kind of looked like its balance was a little off when it was born. It's head would kind of bob and hang to the side and it would walk kind of leaning to the side too. But it started out to be one of my biggest ones eating very well.....until today.
I will just have to wait it out but I don't think it is going to make it.

22 more should be hatching in about another week......
