Posted a few pictures earlier after looking for plans to build my own viv.... have just about finished. Need a light fixture for the Reptisun 10.0 and some tile.... I think it turned out pretty good for a newbie

Yep... I did it myself. Took me a day for the framing and a day to do the painting, etc.
The fake rock wall took the longest.... but I am really happy I put in the cave.... really started to question it when I was making it and went oh well... if I don't like it I will take it out and start over... but the new baby I got today has already gone to check it out

I only spent about $60 and $50 was for the sliding doors... that doesn't include the decor and fake rock wall. I used lots of recycled materials I had around the house and in the barn...

Kind of please seeing that it is the first project like this I have ever done.

looks great! Professional even!! Side bar though (sorry everyone ) - I notice your hammock and have seen a few others in other pictures - is that you're beardie's basking spot? Is that where most people put it if they have a hammock??? What are the benefits of having a hammock?? I'm thinking about making one for my babies.

My beardies sleep in their hammocks at night... they usually bask on the logs or on the rocks.
I don't know why they like the hammocks, but they do
