Signature Pics .... Free of course! ..

Thank you so much! I love it! I know it was hard to smush them all in to one little space... thankfully, I think that'll be the last of them for a while. Especially since I have them to worry about AND I have to potty train a puppy as well... I have my work cut out for me at the moment.

Hello. Wow, you make spectacular signatures from what I've seen. I've liked all the ones I've seen so far. I would love for you to make me one if you get the chance. I'll wait until probably the beginning of next week to send pictures though, as I'm going beardie hunting this weekend at the...

    New Beardie Owner

    1) An adult bearded dragon can be anywhere from 18-24" long from tip of the nose to tip of the tail... depending on genetics, husbandry and feeding habits. Most are fully grown (for the most part) by one year. 2) As I said, most are fully grown at a year old. I'm not sure when they become...

    VEG HORRIBLE VEG!!!!

Mealworms aren't a good staple feeder. They hardly have any nutritional value and their shells are harder than most other live feeders.. which can lead to impaction in beardies. What exactly... is a solar drop anyway? I've never heard of it.

Hi, and I have one little question

So you're saying that a 14" X 4.5" X 7" tank would be big enough for a 7" bearded dragon? Not so much. I'm sorry but that's just wrong... An adult bearded dragon needs at least 6 square feet of floor space but most people will recommend 8 square feet. I'd say as long as you figure out how to...

    Hello!!

Uh... no. Calcium sand is no good. Don't do that. It basically turns to cement in a dragon's stomach and leads to impaction problems. Stick to the newspaper. Your basking spot sounds about right and the cool side too. I'd feed him more crickets though. They can eat between 50 and 150 crickets...

    New Beardie - Irwin!

I recorded it too. I don't think I can make myself watch it again though. It was really tough. I think the hardest part (besides listening to Terri) was seeing all the pictures of him with his family. That tore me up. But I agree, I think Steve would be ecstatic to know that he influenced so many.

    New Beardie

Welcome! Welcome! and good luck with the little one! If he/she's as squirmy as you say, just be careful that you're cautious while holding him/her around all those cats! I only have two and they do everything they can to get to my lizards. So be careful! ^_^ But remember to have fun too...

    Newest additions to the family

Today, I went to the All Ohio Reptile Show. I must say, I was in herp heaven today. I went prepared to buy a leopard gecko. But then I walked around for a good two hours (it's not a big place). Let's see... I had to refrain from buying another beardie, sugar gliders, a hedgehog, and a 2 weeks...

    Introducing our Irwin

He's very cute. Good luck. You seem to have everything he needs so far. Temps seem good. Just make sure he's able to catch the crickets without much difficulty, because the viv is so much larger than he is. If you notice him start to have trouble, you may need to move him into a feeding tank for...
