I was watching my baby beardie shed and she was swimming in the water and scratching everywhere. Everything seemed to be going fine but then I looked at her right foot and there was a spot of red and I can only see 3 toes on that foot! Will it reappear after shedding or did she really lose...

Hi Tracie! After that incident he seemed to be completely inactive so I picked him up out of his cage and let him lay down on my bed sheet but he fell asleep! (I think.) this is the first time I've let him out of the cage and he falls asleep! :P I put him back in the cage and he's now sleeping...

I was trying to calm my baby bearded dragon down when he was glass dancing so I picked him up about 3" from the top of the cage and he noticed the lid of the cage was off so he jumped and hit the wall which was a good 12" fall! :( After the fall I closed the cage lid and turned the lights back...

Whenever I feed my baby beardie, I take out everything in the cage, dust the crickets, then dump them in. Whenever he sees the crickets (right in front of him) he tries to snatch at them, but if a cricket isn't right in front of him, he'll start glass surfing. Could this be an eye problem?

I did see a smaller little half log at the pet store, do you suggest switching it with that or removing it completely? When I feed him I always take everything out of his cage so they're easier to find. Thanks for the help!

Is it okay if my beardie is 2" away from the light?

I just bought a Zilla Tropical 50 and wasn't sure if I should've gotten the Desert 50 instead! Also is it safe to remove the glass that came on it?

It's actually a tropical 50. Is that bad? And that makes me feel much better, thanks for the info! Also- is it safe to just remove the glass and let it run?

We can't find the reptisun at my local pet store. :( Would this do for about 6 months until he needs a bigger cage?

It has a glass screen and my enclosure has a wire screen. Is that okay? I've heard that you shouldn't have glass between the UV light and a beardie but I'm not entirely sure!
