    Angry or Scared?

My advice is to associate yourself with yummy treats LOL. It's the best way to win over any animal. Just make sure to use long tongs so he doesn't end up thinking your hand is the treat. Offer an item (worm, cricket, roach etc) and then remove him gently, underneath his body, from the enclosure...

    Presents Left in bad places...

Drakey poops at the same time in the same spot (in his viv) everyday but these threads always catch my attention because they're so weird and funny to me  It's probably one of the things I like the best about him, that he doesn't crap everywhere when he's out like a rabbit or rat etc. It's...

    Won't eat phoenix worms.

Man they're picky huh? Mine will turn his nose at just about anything if it's not the perfect timing  The only thing he has never once turned down is superworms. I think it's their squirminess. It just gets him going.

40g breeder or 90g tall? Better living?

They like to climb on large, low branches. Mine prefers basking and hunting on the ground though. I would definitely go with the 40 gallon breeder.

    I HATE CRICKETS !

I say we put a colony of 1000 chirping, putrid smelling, escaping crickets in his bedroom and then ask him about "animal cruelty" This is why I like worms. Crickets are awful and i just can't do roaches

    THEY KEEP DYING!!!!????

85-90 is too cold for a baby. Temp should be about 105-110 degrees one the warm side. It's very important for stimulating their activity and appetite/digestion. Also, going with a baby that is at least 6-8 weeks old greatly improves its chance of survival.

Well apparently it wasn't a good idea. I dropped in several cubes and the next morning I found there had been a large die off :x

    Is this a "cleaner" bug?

Yep, he'll help clean up the poo as well as any dead crickets.

    Finally some pics of Drake!

Introducing Draco (aka Drake, Drakey). He's my first bearded dragon and I love him to pieces. He's so funny and cute. Hes the laziest, fattest lizard ever  Don't worry, I switched the walnut shells out for paper towels and bought new lights since these were taken. Everything in the pics...

    Slowly loosing it :/

Did you try changing her basking light? It might be holding temps well but something else about it could be bothering her. Make sure it's at the right distance from her too. Also, what UVB light are you using? Does it span the cage or is it on the warm side? Maybe she's trying to get away from...

    petco sucks

Unfortunately buying from pet stores that neglect their animals doesn't actually help the problem at all, it worsens it. I would definitely separate all the beardies as the older ones can eat the younger ones and the younger ones are liable to nip eachother's toes and tails.

Do your beardies sleep in weird places?

Drake usually sleeps on his branch but sometimes he will sleep on the floor with his head wedged between his rock and the tank wall  When I first put his water bowl in his cage he slept in it. I kept taking him out because I was worried about him drowning but he would just climb right back in.

worm sushi (for bearded dragons LOL)

Well it's only been a few days but yes he seems to enjoy them now. I wrapped some peaches (he's picky with fruit too) in collard greens this morning and he ate all of it! Sometimes I will just give him a worm and then, while he's chewing, sneak a piece into his mouth. It all just gets chomped...
