From my constant research i read where this food is high in calcium,low in fat-perfect food.Plus it has many other advantages over other foods.I would appreciate other great foods that you know of other than the common ones we all know.

Many owners overfeed-I see too many fat beardies. 1 or 2 days of fasting is good. In the wild they have days of not eating.I am referring to adult dragons,baby and juvenile dragons need daily food although a day off is fine.Lets keep our dragons healthy not fat!
