I got the new megaray today, and the reptaid. I gave him 1 drop of reptaid, and plugged my new megaray in...so far eyes are open and everything seems OK. I will update if I see and changes good or bad.

When I bought my little guy I already had his tank setup done, and I had a megaray (the recalled ones) I wonder if the improper UVB lowered his hunger drive. The good news is that my new megaray and my reptaid ship today. He did eat 6 Phoenix worms this morning though.

They are the smalls from petco. They are the size between his eyes....looking down from the top of his head.

I think it sounds like next week sometime for the bulb...I am not in an extreme rush or worry (last time it was only a matter of a few days to get the new bulb) I was just interested if I should switch food. I was unsure if I could overload on calcium with the worms and no UVB. I was feeding...

Does anyone know of a good reptile vet in Virginia. I live near Fredericksburg VA and my little guy is about 6" now and I am ready for his first vet visit.

The problem is I think my beardie is confussed....He wants about 80% greens and 20% live feeders. I have the exact opposite problem many owners have with very young dragons. I would hate to deny him his salad, but I know he needs more protien...hence the thought of adding a whey protien...

Well, thanks for everyones help with my issues...here is an update. -The new mega ray arrived....no issues all day with eyes or color changing -I set up a little camera near the tank a few days ago so I could watch him when I'm not around. I found something interesting that may help new...
