My 4.5 month old bearded dragon just had the outer portion of her scale fall off leaving a white scale. Will her scale regain the color after her next shed?

That's nothing to worry about, comparable to a very tiny scratch on a human. At times a slight discoloration can remain for a while but there is no problem, your baby is fine.
