So i recently bought a 4-5 month baby boy. His tail is starting to get darker then the rest of his body?? Is he shedding or could something be wrong??

Hi there....looks like a partial shed at the moment. It's normal for them to shed in sections rather than all at once. You can give him a 10 minute lukewarm soak to help with shedding [ if he'll tolerate it ] and use a soft toothbrush to very lightly stroke in a downward motion. Or you can spray him very lightly in the tank if the humidity is low in your house. Is he eating already ?
