Sudden death of locusts

I literally have just lost an entire order of locusts, shortly after transferring them.

They are all on their side and twitching.

Any suggestions?

This has never happened before

I haven't had locusts personally so add salt to my post

Was there a big difference in temperature when they transferred? If they got a cold shock or heat stroke equivalent?

From one side of the viv to the other (they live on top)
I haven’t done anything different to what I normally do
