I took her to the vet today for a check up n fecal testing. She has Cocciddia :/ I gotta give her meds for 10 days. Any suggestions on handling this situation or making the treatment process easier/quicker?

Just be patient... I've been treating Omni since Sept. 2 and on my 3rd different medicine. The place I got her from was infested w/ parasites, my vet has never seen a case like it. It's very frustrating and can be difficult to get rid of even if you do everything by the book. Just be diligent while treating your dragon by keeping the cage clean (disinfected) and the furniture simple, maybe paper to throw away. I'm still using maple saplings I toss everyday, it's a pain, but hopefully it passes quickly......
