Hi...Glad to see your dragon is doing better.
I would suggest separating the dragons. If she should have another spell, the other one could injure her. Also, the healthier one will probably become the dominant one, & may limit the other one's ability to get adequate food and heat.
What brand & number are you using for UVB? Is it a coil, compact, long fluorescent tube, MVB?
Could she have over heated & dehydrated?

No worries with my lighting or any husbandry not to sound snotty or that but I breed dragons and I am sure everything is great
