Yellow Fungus? Please help!

Is this yellow fungus?
I give him a bath and clean his cage frequently.
He is about 6 months old.
His thermometer usually reads about 102-105 degrees f.

Looks more like shedding skin to me. Keep an eye on it and look out for wounded/scabby looking scales but my guess is that it will break free soon and the skin underneath will look normal.

Thank you! He also hasn’t pooped in a few days. Should I be concerned about that?

Not after just a few days. Sometimes they won't go for a while and it isn't necessarily a problem.
