possible impaction?

How long has it been? She's an adult so it's not unheard of for them to go a while without a poop. How is she acting? Does she have a history of laying infertile eggs? Since she's an adult I think impaction is less likely. Offer her plenty of water by dripping it on her nose. You can also offer some baby food applesauce and see if that helps her go.
