Normal during shed?

Another query I have is are these whit rapists on the back of my beardies neck normal during shedding or does anyone know of this or a treatment?

The big gray patch is normal but the white spots look like burns or scar tissue. Have those been there a while? Do they stay the same size or are they changing?

They seem to be fairly recent for some reason they came along the same time as his shed so I was wondering if there was any reason for the because of shedding.
