I'm not sure. It is a bit early to tell, can a expert tell me if this is a early sign of yellow fungus on board? Should I take him to vet imidiately (money is tight so that will be hard).
I second that, perfectly fine. A lot of people see that black coloring on their beards and assume it's a fungal infection or something else that is wrong, but it's just their perfectly normal, common beard coloring. No issues here at all.

Yes, I know, I was just pointing out that many times new Dragon owners think that the black on the bottom of their beards is either a fungal infection, or actually them "black-bearding"...Either way, your Dragon is totally fine, the yellow is perfectly normal coloring. Some have no coloring on their beards, some have yellow, some have orange or coral, some have bright, flaming red, some have a combination of all colors...
