Hey all,
My baby beardie, Baldr, who I'm guessing is roughly 2 months because he's just about 6", doesn't seem to want to eat greens very much. I can get him to take about 2-3 bites of mustard greens from my hand a day but the small dish of greens gets wasted every day. Also, he wont touch any food with color i.e. Strawberrys or blueberrys. Per day I'd say he averages 20-25 crickets and a 1 waxworm. (also, I've had him for 2 weeks now and for the last 7-10 days has been working on his shed, which I know affects appetite)
At what age/size do beardies really start making the transition to veggies?
Is it ok to switch out crickets for Phoenix worms as his main food?
