They will get brighter after every shed.

Question are those 2 in the same tank? Reason I ask is because Beardies become very territorial and one can become dominate over the other.not letting the other bask eat or anything.

Also if one is a male and female male will mate all the time with the female causing stress even at a young age. That can lead to egg binding death, toe nips tail nips etc.

if they are 2 males they will fight constantly and they fight to the death.

The rule in the beardie world is 1 beardie to 1 viv ( tank). Alot of us know that from past experiences.

Just a piece of advice.

Your beardies are cute and congrats on them :)

the male is showing his dominance by eating more food and not letting her eat as much. her climbing on top doesn't mean as much. get a new tank asap. its not something you should wait until something bad happens to do.

great looking dragons though, really really nice colors.

Yes, your Bearded Dragon will keep getting brighter.

Dragons need A LOT of space. It is not fair for either of them to bullied or have a dominant one get on top of the other. The very fact you have seen this behavior is concerning, one isn't eating as much so that is obvious stress, it isn't unusual either for fights to happen or nips resulting in loss of appendages among other reactions. And sometimes the sexes of the Dragon change, as in, some people think female, but learn later once the Dragon grows more it is a male.

Please separate them ASAP. A 40 gallon breeder is the very minimum space for an adult Dragon, but bigger is better.

ill buy another 40 gallon breeder as soon as i sell my 10 and 15 gallon tanks i have no use for. I feed them separetly and the female never eats more than the male i have a dubia colony and thats what i been feeding them but when i buy crickets she goes crazy and eats the same amount as the male could it be that she just doesnt like dubias? Also when i put fresh greens in the tank i always see the female eating them but i rarely see the male eating any greens>the male grew realy fast he sheded twice since i had him and hes about to shed again..the female just finished shedding for her first time since i had her what can i do to get the female to grow bigger and healthier?

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
