I think his user name was Trogdor so I am assuming that was is his dragon's name. haha/

It took me a couple of weeks to figure out a name. No big deal really, but he never sits like a normal dragon, his head is always low and he is always looking extra cautious. Anytime someone walks up he ducks down and looks real sneaky like he's hiding out and up to no good. And his head is fairly wide and swept back looking so I named him Vyllyn. He's really a big baby, what villian has a blanky!

Oscar was the first dragon I had ever seen. My friend won him at a reptile show. The way he looked up at me I thought he looked like a muppet. So I jokingly named him Oscar the Grouch (from Sesame Street). Well not long after he came to live with me. Kept the name.

I like to look up God and Goddess type names for pets, so that is how Calypso got her name.

Of course my 5 African Clawed frogs are named after LOTR characters so I couldn't use one of them.

Char's full name is Charzard, from Pokemon. She was named by the sons of her first owner. We have always called her Char. Also, they thought she was a male which is why they gave her to me, they already had a male. But when Char was about 4 or 5 years old, she started laying eggs! - Maggie

Merlin because Jason originally wanted to call her Myrtle, but I thought that was more of a turtle name. So he said "What about Merlin" and we agreed.

Everest got her name because her goal is to climb to the highest point in the apartment. So we named her after the highest mountain (above sea level) in the world. If we got another frilled, I'd name a female Rainier (volcano in Washington) and a male would be Katahdin (highest mountain in Maine)

i am receiving a blood red hypo named Atreyu, a yellow hypo named Moon Child, and a Leucistic male named Falcor!

I'm just curious! It took me forever to name my second one!
Dave's name came about because i already had a beardie named Darwin and almost all my animals are named after people's names (and i wanted to stick with "D" for my dragons) so I named him Dave.
Then I broke the tradition with Yoshi. haha. She just looked like a Yoshi and I love anything Mario so it just stuck. At first i wasnt so sure cause i was like "well yoshi is a boy!" Then my boyfriend brought to my attention that Yoshi laid eggs in the game...haha. so..she's a girl.

AW I love the names! And that movie! Even though my user name is named after the band, Atreyu the character was my favorite in the Never Ending Story movies...

I cannot WAIT to see pictures of your new babies!!! I bet they will be BEAUTIFUL! Where are you getting them from?
