when should i take my dragon out of his tank

he is in a 36inchW 16inchD 24inchH glass terrarium. I have been told i can keep a adult in there as long as i get him out everyday and let him run about for an hour or 2 ?

Who told you that? That's the minimum size enclosure for an adult dragon, so it can live there. I'm not sure if its necessary for him to run for 2 hours a day.

Sounds about right,the run time is to allow for plenty of excersize(?).They like to be able to move around and those measurements sound a little cramped but that's how mine are.Maybe a little narrow but with bath time and roam time they get plenty of room to move.

i was told by my local pet store im good mates with him and a fue other dragon owners the pet store owner sells sand and the cheap lights etc but he has dragons and doesn't keep dragons on it he uses what i use and thats caprit tiles easy um clean and loads of types of colours and patterns. But he needs to make money so he gets what people what i guess. But my guy is sheding and getting fedup and whiping his tail lol so i spray him and bath him its helping slowly.he is only 3months and 2weeks lol

For help in shedding,try bathing and while dragon is in the bath use a soft bristle tooth brush and gently rub the shed,aloe also works wonders in helping shed,not lotion,but aloe gel.
