What lighting should I get

If I were you I'd probably get that Arcadia UVB light and than whatever basking light you choose. I'm not really familiar with any of these lights but I do know Arcadia is good. Another user may know much more and be able to point out something they believe is even better. But that light would be fine for a UVB source

Animates is probably your best bet in NZ unless you want to pay a boatload for shipping from the US or UK. They carry the Arcadia T8 18'' which is a good bulb. Get a T8 fixture with reflector for it and set that 15-20cm above the highest basking area and you should be in good shape. You may need to check Mitre10 or Bunnings for a fixture that will work unless Animates has an 18'' T8 in stock. They also carry Reptile One stuff. That may be fine but I haven't gotten a chance to test it so I can't say for sure.

Just got from someone a reptile one enclosure with reptile one UV and heat lamp would arcadia bulbs work with it?

An Arcadia bulb will work if the fixture is the same size. T8 bulb and T8 fixture or T5 bulb and T5 fixture etc of the same length. The fixtures themselves aren't brand specific.

K do you know anywhere in NZ that sells reptile disinfectant

I don't off hand. You might check with your local vet to see if they have some F10SC disinfectant. It's commonly used by vets. Otherwise the closest I know you can get it for sure is Australia. I know it isn't exactly close but shipping is likely quite a bit cheaper than from the US or UK. Alternatively you could look for a portable steam cleaner and use steam to disinfect. A bit more work but it works well. There are a few folks on here from around Auckland who might be able to chime in with some more ideas as well.
