So my friend told me that if your sick and you handle your nearded dragon that they can get sick is that true ?? I have the flu and im super worried that if I handle him hell get sick from me ?? Is that even possible

No, not true at all. Birds can catch a respiratory infection, but beardies catch nothing from humans.
