Weird bump next to femoral pores

I just noticed this today, I'm not sure what it is. He's active and basking. The bump doesn't seem to be causing pain, but he does have a dusting of a black beard ( just by the ears). It's semi hard when I touch it

I just see the femoral pores, can you get a better pic to show if there's something more there ?

These are the best I could get. It's hard to see but the bumps are all right next to each femoral pore. They have scales on them

That all looks normal, just raised femoral pores.
