Good weight, but give her another 3 months. As for the bites, that is one of the costs of breeding. Some males won't do much damage, others well.... Your best bet is a male that has bred before. He will go to the job quickly and efficiently making for less damage to the female.
but do wait those three months. In that time you can consolidate your feeders and if breeding roaches( or crickets blah) for feeding, that only gives you more breeding pairs, and more nymphs to feed the newly hatched babies.
You can also use this time to set up bins for the babies- 5 or less to a bin- and get your incubator ready. And not to mention condition her for eggs.
