Viv pics only thread

I'm going though all of these pictures and wondering if I should sell my current terrarium that was given as a gift to me. I've had 2 dragons and turtles stay(happily I hope) in it over the years(not at the same time). It's 3 feet long, 1.5 ft tall and wide. In all honesty, is this an alright sized enclosure? When I've had them, I always took them outside during days and let them run about the house for fun for a little bit. When in the enclosure they would stay in the same spot all day long when actually in the terrarium. I guess I wanted to make sure that they were alright before I get a new one. My last one, a rescue in really bad shape, passed away in March and I've been hoping to get another one. I've spent enough time with the empty terrarium. I want to make sure it wasn't torture after looking at all of these. *_* kudos everyone

this is Geordies cage (not in the picture are a couple of tree type things to the left side of his tank)

for now its a creamtic heater bulb in there until his new light arrives which is way its a little bit dark)

I still want to create a custom background for him and a hide and basking spot

You'll want to get rid of that sand and in all reality there is no need for the large pool of water which will only raise humidity too high and Beardies rarely drink anyways. Another thing is you don't want light being filtered through the screen since it will refract helpful UVB rays. I am assuming one of those are a UVB light and if so that means it is a coil type which is also not recommend for various reasons you can find by using the search feature.

Your enclosure needs a lot of work but you definitely went all out so it shows you at least care enough for your Beardie to make sure it has nice things now its just time to do a bit more reaseach and ensure it has the RIGHT things.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
