there's a risk of choking on a piece of food, or getting run over crossing the road....as it says minimal.... there's a minimal chance that you could get hit by a car tomorrow, but i'm sure this won't stop you from crossing a road?

it's personal preference.... i'm sorry if you disagree but i will not change this and all the people i know will not change it either, it has worked for years with no problems.... and is the best for keeping the viv clean and my beardie has no risk of impaction.... nor has any health issues....

totally agree with you. raise your kids the way you want i'll do mine the way i do. Just this is a forum and you will get opions wether you want em or not. Any way back on topic...

exactly... this is why i said earlier that i understand if people may not want to use them, as i wouldn't use sand but others will only use sand.... as you say its a forum and i gave my opinion and what i and many others use...

Heh, that's what I thought too. It gives off a darkness feeling, but it's pretty sweet.

@JayMac That's a pretty awesome looking set up.. is that a background with the other trees? For a moment I thought i was just a bunch of trees in there..lol then I realized it may have been a background.. Pretty sweet though and a sweet looking little beardie!

Thanks! Haha, I wasn't quite sure what to make of his black bearding. :roll: He was climbing all over it today though, so I think he likes it! I'm planning on making a wall one too, that has steps leading up to the hammock, and possilby a dig box. We'll see though, I need more grout first.

I'm debating on whether or not I should keep the plants in there though. I still like the rock on under the hammock, but IDK about the other ones.

Wow! I haven't been on this site forever and came across this post of my viv and my Titus right when i bought him. I cant believe he was ever that small. Both he and the viv have changed so much. Crazy to think that was only a year ago.
