Finally sorted Doku's tank yay!!! well my dad actually, what does everyone think? i've removed the log as doku is not interested in it, so i took it out to give him more room. Any suggestions? thank you.

p.s Oh i made another thread regarding taming doku were getting there he wondered around my room and sat on me whilst his tank was being done :mrgreen: .

Godzilla's new home! Switched him from a small thank to this one about a month ago. I have since added some slate tiles to the bottom.

Where is everyone getting those hammocks? Do your beardies like them and what material could you use to make your own?

And Hi, I'm new here, haven't posted yet. Got my beardie for Christmas, my daughter got him for me. My first beardie, used to have iguanas many years ago but this is different. Bought one of the new Penn-Plax enclosures today for him, he'll get lost as it's 4 ft and he's only about 4 months old. Have been reading the forum all last night and today and bought all the supplies to make some "fake rocks". I'll post pictures of my viv when I'm all done Oh, does anyone use indoor/outdoor carpet???

Just thought I'd share this with you guys as an option for future viv-buyers...

I assembled my Animal Plastics T10 cage today. Have some BIG plans for snake cages, I am SO excited!!!

Anyways, I highly recommend AP cages. I custom built Budo's cage and was happy with getting to design it myself, but my snakes need plenty of humidity, and I worry about melamine rotting. If anyone wants a 4x2x2 but doesn't want to custom build, or if you have a humidity-seeking reptile, go with AP. (You can order the cages with circular screens on the top for lamps.)

So here's the T10. It's 4x2x1.5ft with sliding glass doors. Isn't it beeeeeeeautiful??? :mrgreen: (I am such a dork.)

here's my viv I just got today. As you can see, it's brand new, nothing in it yet except for the lock for the doors and tabs to cover the metal parts inside. I just sealed the bottom inside with silicon so that can dry overnight. Tomorrow I'll work on installing the fixtures and start work on some "fake rocks". This is a Penn-Plax and it's 47 1/4" x 19 3/4" x 23 3/4" I hope I'm doing this picture thing right

Well, Clark finally told me it was time to move on up in the world, so I got him a new/bigger home to hang out in.

As you can see from one of the pics, he isn't happy about being moved or getting his picture taken. Would love to hear some feedback.

Rex is a cute little guy!! Love the viv, too! Personally, I'd just leave the walls, I kind of like a plainer background, but then again I'm mostly insane. Simple wallpaper or those scenery things would also look nice.
