Why does my skin break out when I hold my beardie? It never happened with voldemort and now every time I hold reptar I break out. I'm worried I'm allergic. Had anyone heard of that?

Skin as in your face? Or your hands where you touched the beardie?

Is it just the skin coming into contact with the beardie breaking out?

Is reptar more spikey then the other one? Its possible that the spikes are slightly breaking your skin causing it to itch.

Is Reptar on a different type substrate than voldemort was?

He is a lot more spiky. And yes it's my face arms legs. He really likes sitting on the top of my head and then it starts to itch and break out.

And my girlfriend can hold him all day and never breaks out. We use the fake grass for reptar and voldemort used paper.

Hmmmmmmmmm weird.

Try changing the fake grass to paper also . . . . see if it continues, it could be some residue from it rubs off on reptar, or the disinfectant you use to clean it with is transferred to you that way. And youre allergic to it, not reptar.

I don't understand it either. I'm scared to hold him. It's such a horrible feeling.
