No... No, need to cook them. Just feed them fresh... As long as you are not feeding them exclusively, your bearded should be fine. I'm not sure if cooking them will destroy the goitrogen, but I heard that people in Germany at one time suffer from goiter, hypothyroidism, at one time because they were eating cabbage primarily.
