Unfertilized eggs?

Can anyone tell me if female dragons that are not bred lay eggs? This came up in a conversation with friends the other day and Derrick and I were like, :dontknow: no idea, if we should be ready for that...

Interesting. Are there signs we should keep an eye out for? Her tank is lined with non-adhesive shelf liner, if she were to start laying, she would need somewhere to dig, right?

It's a pain in the butt but you should make her a laybox just to satify her. basically she will dig a hole and go in, poke her head out and do the deed. The sand or w/e should be sandcastle worthy so it wont collapse.

all i can say is yes they do! We had no idea what was going on with our little girl...I even posted a question about her digging, or well trying to dig, all the time, when there was nothing to dig into in her cage....well, my husband just called me and she's laying eggs.

Now i'm concerned because we didn't prepare for this, we didn't up her calcium, we didn't make a box for her to lay them in and now i hear that they could become egg bound.....scary!

We woke up oneday to find 1 egg ( i posted a pic on this webite askin what it was) and about a week later she laid about 7 more, all unfertilized.
