I use beardedragon.co product exclusively. They have a great concentrate cleaner that you mix up and sometime I'll use a toothbrush if they crap on the furniture.

I use the hospital grade disinfectant from beardeddragon.co also (the pink one). Just making sure that'll still be fine to use.
