Tracie, your friend had problem with the E1 batch but hers is a 160 watt? Isn't that something, our 100 watt E1 seems fine and Michele has the same thing as I do and has had no problems either. Guess we will have to consider that any of the batches could be bad.Drache613":93c44 said:Hello Vicky,

I wanted to add that I have a friend in Canada that was using the T-rex 160watt, the E1 model & began having problems with it. So I just wanted to include that model number also.

Did you mean that your new T-Rex arrived today or did you change to Solar Glo? If you meant that you want a refund for the previous T-Rex, Petmountain should be able to give you a refund. But, would also be a good idea to call T-Rex to explain to them all the issues your beardie had with the T-Rex bulb.Screamin99":7a4cc said:I tried calling that number and go no response..
