Temperatures inside my viv?

Hey guys! I'm really excited because for about a month now I've been wrecking my brain and asking on here for solutions as to why my beardie was being so sluggish!
I just came home from school and it came to me!
I had palced my digital thermometer on the wall behind the basking spot, not on it! And I'd been going by that temperature for her basking spot!
I've been keeping her warm side 105F!! Way too warm..right?
I've just turned off one of her heat lamps and places the probe thermometer directly on the basking spot and it's currently 108.3F.. and that's pretty stable. I'm gona check the warm side wall and cool side right after.

So my question is! any recommendations as to how I can definitely reach 80F cool side, 90F warm side and 108F basking spot - Because so far it's pretty hard to meet all of them without raising everything too high or dropping everything too low? Thanks guys.

How large is your enclosure? I've never had any issues regulating temperatures on the cool side in a sufficiently large enclosure. If the enclosure is less then 36" across, I can see how keeping the cool side cool and the hot side hot might be an issue. Are you using a spot or a flood bulb to provide heat? Where are your lights placed? Could you provide a picture of the enclosure, including all the lighting?

I have exactly a 36" x 24" x 24" enclosure.
I have 2 spot bulbs, however only 1 is turned on now as I had mentioned earlier. It is places on the far right side of the vivarium with the UVB strip going across the middle of the whole vivarium.

I'm sorry this isn't the greatest picture as I couldn't turn the lights on as she's already gone to sleep haha!

Well, its a balancing act between ventilation and bulb output. My suggestion is to get your hands on a dimmer to really fine tune your lighting. If its a matter of things being too hot overall, then perhaps a few more ventilation holes would help keep the temps on the cool side down? I think a dimmer would really let you fine tune your lighting, and they aren't terribly expensive.
