iv been using supers as my staple for both my beardies and they love them, i switch up to crickets and other things occasionally because supers are high in fat, and its good to give them a variety

I've heard some do feed supers as a staple. I feed mine a variety of mustard greens, roaches and supers. Except recently my boy Angel has decided he only wants supers. He goes through phases and will only eat supers. If I don't give supers for a few days, he eats like the girls, everything in sight. When I feed supers, I only give my dragons 1-2 at a feeding. Moderation is key when feeding supers without complications.

As long as your beardie is the right size they can be a safe staple, they are just a little fatty but still an ok staple.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
