Super worms?

So I'm at work right now and we have super worms available. My beardie is about 8-10 weeks old and I don't have access to dubias at the moment. He eats crickets and salad now but I've heard supers are better for him.

Superworms are good for beardies over 16" in length, at 8-10 weeks old he is too small for them right now.
