These pop on beardies at times and they seem to be a wart like growth. I don't have a suggestion of what to do but if you can find a reptile vet they might help you. Probably not serious, mostly cosmetic but a vet can tell you more.

Those will eventually fall of if you soak the area in a warm bath for at least 4 days

Hello,

Those seem to be fairly common. They often get little growths, or sometimes a cyst or abscess which
crop up. It could have been caused by a scale getting infected by prior shed, or a bite, etc.
Does it seem to be bothering him at all?
You could get it analyzed at a vets, to be sure it isn't anything serious.
