Spring mix?

I have heard that some of you feed your beardies spring mix. When you give it to them do you cut it up or do you feed it to them whole and is it out to have bits of the steam in it. And what kind of spring mix do you feed them?

doesn't spring mix contain spinach? If so, I wouldn't feed them that stuff!

some of it doesnt have spinich i get an organic spring mix that doesn't have spinich and i just throw some in a food procesor (cant spell please excuse me ) and just corsely chop it so that it is in smaller chunks they really like it and refuse to eat anything else

We feed our beardie the whole thing but she is a bit older now so it depends on how old your beardie is
