spot on lip of my beardie

My beardie has a spot on her lip. I have a picture in my email. I don't know how to insert it to this post . Can anyone guide me through that so I can post it? Many thanks.

thanks Irwinshealth for advising me how to post the pic. She seems to be eating fine and pooping fine, she sometimes rubs her lip area on things. Could she have irritated it? She is on slate, she has a climbing log (all the way up), has a hide log and a rock type cave and water dish in her viv. Her viv is 75 gal.
