Some MVB still dangerous?

I read some fairly old posts about some MVB lights being dangerous for beardie eyes. Is this still the case? HAs it been addressed by those manufacturers?

As far as I know, most of the MVB problems have been sorted out.

I think the PowerSun models are pretty popular with folks (I might be wrong).

I use the Arcadia model MVBs and like those, although they are 220 volt and
need step-up transformers for US power.
