I massaged her belly and I felt HARD lumps. She hasn’t passed anything and she is still pretty active. She drank water and the prune mixture twice today. It might be organs or maybe even eggs. I don’t know how that works. I’m kinda frantic

If you are feeling hard masses - you REALLY need xrays to determine EXACTLY what is going on, hard masses where you describe them is NOT GOOD.

Time to get her to a vet for a proper assessment.

All the drinking + the prunes should soon do the trick. Are the baths very warm ? That's part of the therapy. If she's still active then she should be O.K.

It's your call if you want her to see a vet, some vets are good with what to do, others aren't.

The baths need to be warmer than an average bath, but not hot. So warmer than room temperature or warmer than "luke warm", as it's the heat from the water around the vent that stimulates them to go.

Again, I highly suggest at this point that you need to add a source of fiber, as the water and prune baby food isn't doing it. Either raw, canned pumpkin, or a couple pinches of Psyllium Husk, which is the pure, natural fiber that is in Metamucil and Citracel. You can buy it in a bottle of capsules at Walmart as well. But the canned pumpkin is much easier, usually they like the taste, and I've never not had it produce a bowel movement within 24 hours. It's getting to the point here that you need to take a further step to help her. A Certified Reptile Vet or an experienced Reptile Specialist will help, however, if all you can find is an "exotics" vet that is willing to see reptiles, they can actually make it much much worse, either by prescribing an antibiotic for no reason at all (they do this often because they don't know what they should be doing), or even worse they'll suggest that they do an enema, which has actually drowned Dragons more often than not, and it's something that I would never allow a vet to do. The only thing an exotics vet can do to at least give you an answer would be an x-ray (would show some impactions, obstructions, and already shelled eggs), or better yet an ultrasound, which would show follicles and pretty much any other type of obstruction.

Try this: When you have her in the bath next, looking down on her back, put your right hand/fingers under the right side of her stomach. This is the side that her GI Tract/Intestines is on. Starting up under her armpit, use your index finger to gently rub in circles under her right armpit, and then work your way down the right side of her stomach. You should feel fecal matter in her intestines when you get to mid-stomach on the right side, and just keep rubbing in small, firm circles the entire way down her right side, and when you get near her hip/pelvis, move inward towards the middle of her abdomen, and then down to her vent. If you feel any hard masses (round lumps) in her GI Tract then that may be the impaction. It's normal to feel all of the fecal matter, it will feel hard, but it will be consistent the entire way down her right side, this is normal. Just keep doing this in very warm water, warmer than room temperature (I'd say in the 90-95 degree range), and while you're doing this and while she's laying with her vent submerged in the warm water, do rub over her vent with your finger while she's in the warm water, this usually will stimulate them to go.

Hello,

If she is still having some issues, it would be best to get her to a vet, if she is straining &
hasn't been able to clear out any possible impaction.
Try the bath with the massages that can help sometimes, to break up impactions. That
may have been what you were feeling, but not sure. If the supplements & extra fluids are
not helping her pass anything then it is something serious. I hope that she hasn't had an
egg burst internally.
As suggested, either an ultra sound or x-rays could help determine whether or not she has
eggs. Are you going to be able to get her into a vets?

Let us know how she is doing.

Yep , my thoughts exactly .... wont cost much to have a vet do xrays and ultrasounds and then you'll know exactly what you are dealing with and can work out the best way forward depending on what the vet finds.

Excessive straining to pass a particularly bad impaction can lead to a prolapse or worse.

No solid foods (greens/veg or insects with hard exo skeletons) until the impaction is cleared , as these will only accumulate in her upper GIT and rot and putrify , and make the situation a lot worse.

I recommend you measure the water temperature using either an digital aquarium thermometer (dangle the probe in the water ,start was tap water and add hot tap water a little at a time til you get to the desired temperature) , a try to keep it at 30 - 34 degC while she's in it NO HOTTER.

First of all, thank you all for your support. She is going to see a vet hopefully tomorrow and she’s getting an x-ray. I researched and another factor to her delayed pooping could be brummation. I gave her prunes again today with no luck. And I mistakenly gave her collard greens yesterday but she had no appetite. Let’s see how the vet goes tomorrow. (it’s a vet specializing in dogs and cats but they have an exotic department. That was the best I could find)

Sending good vibes and hoping she is not suffering something serious and lifethreatening.

Please be sure to get a copy of the xrays so we all have a clearer picture of her condition and the extent of the blockage .

Careful if they tell you they want to do a flush and give an enema , and don't let them try to pump water into her stomache under pressure - a friend of mine lost her 2 yr old girl as a result of an INCOMPETENT REPTILE (!!!???!!! !!!) vet doing this , her dragon went to vet alive and active but impacted but otherwise OK and was dead 4 hours after .

I called the vet and of course they wanted for me to come in. But I thought to call a reptarium because they care for tons of reptiles every day. They said that when their 2 year old beardies get constipated it can even let for a week before they give them mineral oil and they clear up in about 2 hours. I’m taking that advice and trying it out. Oh and Coco had some type of excrement come out.

So she did poo ? Then the prune baby food and drinking the water is working. You don't need any mineral oil [ it's a by product of the distillation of petroleum to produce gasoline ] Just keep up the baby food prunes and olive or veg. oil, not mineral oil. What you've been using is working so you don't really need a vet now .

Be careful with mineral oil as not all of it is food grade. You can probably achieve similar result using a few drops of olive oil.

Hello,

I agree, use either olive or coconut oil. Mineral oil irritates the GI tract lining & can
sometimes cause diarrhea.
I hope he is feeling better soon.

Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
I just walked into my room and instead of looking at me, Swordtail's eyes darted directly to the ice cream drumstick I'm holding
Finally replaced Swordtail's substrate
