Silkworms and Hornworms

Hi! I was wondering how many silkworms or hornworms I would feed an adult female every day. Normally I would feed her maybe 10-12 large crickets or 6 supers a day. I just picked up some silks and hornworms and I'm not sure how they relate to what I was feeding her. Thanks!
